Invoices 
Starting with April 2024 shipments, there will be some exciting changes to customer invoices including: 

  • Easier to read. 
  • More shipment information. 
  • Better visibility into reason codes such as “buzzer codes”, “moved,” and “illegible”. 
  • Manifest numbers clearly displayed so customers can easily reconcile back to their original shipments. 
  • Consistent look and feel across all lines of business.  
  • The service date is now displayed, which represents the date the piece/shipment was received into our network.

Introducing Billing Center  
Effective April 6, customers can access their invoices (courier, freight and International) in our new Billing Center, which will help support record keeping, while managing payment options in a single, self-serve portal.  Other customer benefits include:

  • Real-time payment clearing and a pay by PIN option 
  • Support for an unlimited number of business accounts under one profile.

Note: Invoices for shipments prior to April 1, 2024 can be accessed via the Client Portal.
