The Client Portal Refresh is here
Purolator International is continuously working to improve the experience our customers have when they work with us. We recently collected some customer feedback and incorporated it into a refresh to the Client Portal.
Here are some of the changes we’ve made to make the Client Portal work better for you:
- New sidebar navigation provides visible menu options
- A more readable font for the entire site on desktops as well as mobile devices
- Summary Dashboard reporting that allows you to more easily work with data
- New export capability for all reports that provide supporting data detail in a more flexible format
- On Time Performance Reports that detail what was delivered and days in transit for delivered shipments
- New Spend Reports that let you see where your dollars are going including accessorial spend visibility
- Shipments in Transit Report for clear identification and status of packages still on the move
- Improved tracking capabilities that show all products in a single, easy to read view that includes a status bar that visually tracks a shipment’s progress
