John T. Costanzo

President

John T. Costanzo has served since 2001 as president of Purolator International, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Purolator Inc. John is a member of Purolator’s Senior Executive Team, reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He leads the company’s $200 million Third Party Logistics business and the development and execution of Purolator’s strategic growth plan for markets outside of Canada.

 

John has extensive experience in the logistics industry. He began his career with the Emery Air Freight Corporation, where he initially served in the company’s sales and marketing division. He was later promoted to senior vice president of Emery’s eastern division, which was the company’s largest and most profitable business unit. Following Emery, John held several positions with the TNT Post Group - a provider of global express, mail and logistics services. He began his career with TNT as a senior vice president of the Express Products Division, and was later named president of the company’s International Mail Division, Americas Region.

David Black

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, David has overall responsibility for the company’s air and ground linehaul services, including the development of innovative transportation options to address customer needs. Dave also oversees the company's industrial engineering department and main induction center located in Etobicoke, Ontario.

 

Dave began his career with Purolator Inc. in 1987 in the Peterborough, Ontario depot. After receiving several promotions over the years within Purolator’s Canadian operations, he accepted a position as Corporate Manager of Engineering with Purolator International. Dave was promoted to Senior Manager Network Operations & Engineering in 2013, where he led a team of engineers across the US and Canada to ensure continuous improvement of our service and our network operations.

 

Dave has received numerous awards during his 28-plus years at Purolator, including the Service Manager of the Year in 2007 and 2012, and is a winner of Purolator’s Circle of Excellence Award.

 

He graduated from the Industrial Engineering Technology program at Ryerson University, in Toronto, Ontario, is a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and holds a P. Log from the Logistics Institute in Toronto.

Director of Finance & Administration

   

As Director of Finance and Administration, Bill oversees all financial aspects of Purolator International. In his role, Bill has responsibility for strategic planning and analysis and manages all aspects of financial control, budgeting and administrative support for the company. 

 

With well over 20 years of finance proficiency and knowledge of international business practices, Bill has been instrumental in the expansion of Purolator International into 20 new markets since he joined in 2011.   A native of Croatia who grew up in New York, Bill holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College.

Bruce Dimler

Director of Information Technology

   

After a successful 20-year career in corporate IT, Bruce joined Purolator International in 2007 as Manager of Information Technology. He has overall responsibility for Purolator International’s information technology systems and processes.

 

Under his stewardship, customer automation capabilities have been expanded, and systems have been developed to automate shipping and billing functions. Sales personnel now have the capability to provide rapid responses to customer inquiries, and quickly resolve in-transit or last-minute schedule changes. 

 

Bruce has also served as project leader to customize technological solutions to meet the unique needs of individual customers, and ensure the seamless integration of their shipments into the Purolator network. Most recently, Bruce helped deploy a fiber optic data network that also carries VOIP telephony service across 10 facilities.

Michael Locke

Director of Development

   

As Director of Development, Mike Locke focuses on the management and further development of our PuroPost, PuroExpedite, and Customs Brokerage Services. Mike also acts as our primary operations liaison with Purolator's strategy and logistics teams in Canada. Mike joined Purolator International in 2004 as Director of Transportation, with overall responsibility for the company’s air and ground linehaul services, including the development of innovative transportation options to address customer needs. 

 

Mike played a key role implementing a process for capturing daily measurements and critical service data, enabling customer service representatives to communicate with customers on a real time basis with account updates, tracking and troubleshooting. 

 

Mike is a member of the Express Delivery & Logistics Association, the International Cargo Association and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lawrence University, in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Chris Antonelli

District Manager, Western US

   

Chris was appointed Purolator International’s Western District Manager in May 2016, with overall responsibility for the growth of the company within the Western United States.  He oversees sales and operations for Purolator International’s branch offices located in Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco and Seattle.

 

In 1996, Chris joined Purolator International and helped to build the company’s client base throughout the Great Lakes region.  He became operations manager in 2000, managing facilities in Chicago, Detroit, and Seattle.  In 2004, Chris was named branch manager of our Detroit office.  In that position, Chris oversaw the Detroit branch’s growth into Purolator International’s largest and most profitable facility.  In four of the last six years, Chris led the Great Lakes District to being named “District of the Year” at Purolator International.

Frank Jacketti 

District Manager, Eastern US

   

Frank Jacketti was named District Manager, Eastern US for Purolator International in 2014. He's responsible for developing new business, overseeing account management and promoting Purolator throughout the eastern US. Frank has oversight responsibility and ensures the consistency of operations and customer experience for Purolator's markets in Boston, Buffalo, Harrisburg, New York, Newark and Philadelphia.

 

Frank joined Purolator in 1997 and most recently held the title of Branch Sales Manager in Philadelphia, where he received several internal recognitions, including the President's Club. He has a BS in Business Logistics and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and is an active member of the Council of Supply chain and Management Professionals.

Paul Jasko

District Manager, Central US

   

Paul Jasko was appointed District Manager, Central US for Purolator International in 2016. He has overall responsibility for the growth of Purolator International throughout the central US. Paul oversees Purolator International's offices located in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and St. Louis.

 

Paul joined Purolator with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He earned his BS in Management and Administration from LaRoche College in Pennsylvania. Earlier in his career, Paul spent 10 years as Regional General Manager with Purolator Courier in the southeast and mid-Atlantic US.

District Manager, Great Lakes

   

Kristin VanEvery was appointed Purolator International’s Great Lakes District Manager in May 2016, with overall responsibility for the growth of the company in Michigan, Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. She oversees sales and operations for Purolator International’s branch offices located in Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Detroit.

 

In 2011, Kristin joined Purolator International as the Great Lakes District Sales Manager. While part of the Purolator team, she received several internal recognitions, including two President's Club awards and numerous Leader’s Club awards. In four of the last six years, Kristin was a key player in the Great Lakes District being named “District of the Year” at Purolator International. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and is currently working on her APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification.

District Manager, Southern US


   

John Wilson was named District Manager, Southern US for Purolator International in 2014. He’s responsible for developing new business, overseeing account management and promoting Purolator throughout the southern US. John has oversight responsibility and ensures the consistency of operations and customer experience for Purolator’s markets in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, Miami, Nashville and Raleigh-Durham.

 

John joined Purolator in 2011 following a decade-long career in various global transportation and logistics management roles.  He has an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and served as president of the Midwest Global Trade Association.
